Hey, look, I know things are a mess. I took a hiatus from blogging and decided to switch up my design before returning. Please be patient, because if you can wait out the mess it means REGULAR POSTING WILL RETURN SOON! :D

Good News Bad News
The good news?
- I hit {and passed} the 100 follower mark on my blog! {That had been my goal for the end of the year.}
- I hit {and passed} the 500 follower mark on Twitter!
- The SITScation contest closed for entries and 30 people like my story! {Now I’m just waiting anxiously to see what the judges think and if my Canadian location will be a problem should the judges like my entry.}
- I got a hair appointment for next week…big changes are coming!
- My video tutorial was featured on Her Cup Overfloweth!
- I have a new nephew!
- I added a bunch of work to my online portfolio. And one of my contest winners is very happy with her header!
The bad news?
- I fell down the stairs…again…this time while carrying Lucy. {Fortunately we’re both OK. I have a major bruise. She escaped without injury. But we were both very scared and upset at the time and I now hate stairs forever.}
- My Wii fit says I’m as healthy as someone 10 YEARS older than me.
- Apparently the world has a finite supply of helium. So if we don’t find something else that works we can say goodbye to MRI’s, super computers, balloons at birthday parties, and funny high pitched voices in 100 years or so.

I love that wii fit! It says I'm 6 years younger!!!! ;)
I didn't know that about helium. Interesting.
Love this post HOlly and so glad it is going to be a regular thing!
I how I hate stairs too! I get nervous everytime I go downstairs now and I try so hard not to show it so my 3yr old doesn't catch on and have an awful fear of stairs too. I fell down a flight of cement stairs about 6 months ago. Not a pretty sight! So glad you guys were ok. I'm a firm believer in holding onto the rail now even if I look like an old lady doing it! Safety first!
Hey, I've been doing Good News, Bad News posts since April ... great minds think alike :)
These are some of my favorites to write because it forces me to come up with positives - silver linings - for the things that are going on in my life. I'll be happy to join you on Sundays!

You know the signs in the zoo that say "do not feed the animals"? Yeah, well...consider this a sign saying "PLEASE feed the author's ego!" I love comments, LOTS and LOTS of comments! ;)
